Approving Self-Service Signups:
When a resident registers online at /signup, their record appears under M6 App Workspace > Resident with status Pending Review. Open their profile, verify their phone and allocated unit, check Approved, and save.

The Service Lockout feature is an automated compliance mechanism. It gently enforces timely payment of estate service levies without embarrassing arguments or physical gate confrontations.

Manager Emergency Grace Waiver:
If a resident has an emergency or medical situation and requests a brief extension, an authorized Facility Manager can open the Property document and check Temporary Lockout Exemption (48 Hours). This temporarily unblocks utility access while awaiting payment.
